How buyers can build a high-value SUPERZOO game plan
A smart route balances supplier appointments, new-product discovery, education and the open aisle time that makes trade shows special.
A 350,000-square-foot marketplace rewards preparation. SUPERZOO 2026 brings approximately 1,100 exhibitors, more than 1,000 product debuts, education, grooming demonstrations and networking into one event, so the best buyer agenda needs both structure and flexibility.
The goal is not to see every booth. It is to leave Las Vegas with stronger supplier relationships, useful new products, better market awareness and a short list of actions that support the business.
Before the doors open
Start with the official exhibitor directory and mobile app. Mark current partners, search the categories where the store needs more depth and identify several companies that are completely new. Add education sessions and evening events before filling the remaining time with appointments.
Registered attendees receive a QR code for badge printing. Bringing that code to a scan station can simplify entry, while Tuesday badge pickup options at Mandalay Bay, the W Las Vegas and Luxor help early arrivals prepare before the floor opens Wednesday.
Build the day in four blocks
- Current partners: Review launches, promotions and the season ahead.
- Priority categories: Compare products connected to a defined assortment goal.
- Discovery: Explore the New Product Showcase and Emerging Brands.
- Learning and relationships: Attend education, demonstrations or a networking event.
This structure creates accountability without removing the surprise that makes an in-person market valuable.
Capture decisions, not just photographs
For each promising product, record the company, booth, wholesale details, follow-up contact and the customer need it could serve. Before the next morning, sort notes into three groups: act now, review with the team and continue researching.
That small daily reset keeps ideas from blurring together and makes post-show follow-up faster.
Make the final day count
Friday’s show floor runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Use the shorter day for second visits, unanswered questions and the company that keeps returning to mind. A brief return conversation can turn interest into clarity.
Plan with the official registered-attendee guide, confirm logistics in the SUPERZOO FAQ, and use SHOWFLOOR.TV’s SUPERZOO event hub for continuing coverage.
