DispatchMVP Brings Otto to California Trucking Show 2026

At Booth 1600, carriers, owner-operators, brokers and 3PLs can test DispatchMVP v2.0 and see how the Otto interface handles trucking workflows through voice or text.

DispatchMVP will bring its voice-enabled transportation management system to the California Trucking Show on October 3 and 4, 2026. The company is exhibiting at Booth 1600 inside the Ontario Convention Center, where attendees can see live demonstrations of dispatching, load management, workflow automation, its Drivers App and the Otto AI assistant.

The booth is designed as a working demonstration rather than a static software presentation. DispatchMVP is inviting carriers, owner-operators, freight brokers and third-party logistics companies to bring their operational questions and see how the platform responds through spoken or typed instructions.

DispatchMVP v2.0 puts Otto at the center

The central announcement for the show is DispatchMVP v2.0. The update introduces a conversational interface that the company describes as ChatGPT-like, allowing users to control the TMS by talking or typing to Otto.

“Yes, DispatchMVP v2.0, featuring our new ChatGPT-like interface that allows users to control the TMS simply by talking or typing to Otto,” said Tony Harmon, Co-founder of DispatchMVP, in written responses to ShowFloor.TV.

On the company’s official Otto overview, the interface is shown answering questions about scheduled loads, driver availability, trip status and invoices. DispatchMVP says Otto can also take actions inside the system, including assigning drivers, processing load information and updating records.

The idea is to replace a sequence of menu selections with a direct request. A dispatcher could ask Otto what loads are leaving today, identify an unassigned trip or request that a driver be matched to a load. The booth demonstration should give visitors a chance to evaluate how that conversational approach fits the way their own operation works.

What attendees can test at Booth 1600

DispatchMVP plans to demonstrate the wider platform around Otto, including dispatching, load management and automated administrative work. The company’s official site presents the product as a system for bringing loads, drivers, documents, communication and reporting into one operating environment.

The hands-free Drivers App is another part of the show-floor presentation. DispatchMVP says drivers can use voice commands to update trip status while the system creates check calls tied to milestones such as being en route, arriving or loading. For attendees, the useful question will be how those driver-side updates flow back to dispatch and how much manual follow-up remains necessary.

Visitors can also ask about the practical inputs Otto can handle. DispatchMVP says its platform can import tenders and rate confirmations from load boards, emails, PDFs and screenshots. The company’s site also lists integrations with telematics and accounting tools. A live demonstration will let prospective users focus on the workflows that matter to them instead of relying only on a feature list.

Who DispatchMVP hopes to meet

The company is aiming the booth at several parts of the freight market, from individual operators to organizations coordinating larger networks of loads and drivers.

“Carriers, owner-operators, brokers and 3PLs should stop by for a live hands-on demonstration. We’re also interested in meeting technology partners, industry partners, and potential investors,” Harmon said.

That mix should create different conversations at Booth 1600. An owner-operator may want to understand how the system handles dispatch and paperwork with a small number of trucks. A carrier may focus on driver assignments, status visibility and repetitive office work. Brokers and 3PLs may be more interested in load intake, carrier coordination and the ability to retrieve operational information without moving through several screens.

Load-board connections and industry programs

DispatchMVP says it is expanding its load-board connections and broader AI capabilities. Its official website identifies DAT and Truckstop among the load-board connections available through the platform, along with Samsara, Motive and Bridgestone Azuga for telematics and QuickBooks for accounting.

The company also says it is continuing its work with Bridgestone Azuga and the NVIDIA Inception program. DispatchMVP’s official news page lists announcements concerning both organizations. Attendees interested in integrations can use the booth meeting to ask which connections are currently available, which are still being expanded and what setup is required for their existing systems.

Planning a visit

The California Trucking Show 2026 takes place Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California. The show’s official 2026 floor plan lists DispatchMVP at Booth 1600.

For attendees comparing dispatch software, the booth offers a focused opportunity to test the Otto interface and see how DispatchMVP v2.0 approaches voice-driven and text-driven work inside a TMS. Those planning a visit may want to bring a familiar dispatch scenario so the demonstration can be evaluated against a real operating need.
