SUPERZOO’s education program is designed to send attendees back to work with more than inspiration. More than 65 sessions cover the decisions pet retailers, groomers and salon leaders make every day: pricing, margins, staffing, marketing, merchandising, customer experience, technology and technical care.

Education begins August 11, one day before the trade-show floor opens, and continues alongside the marketplace. That schedule lets visitors create a learning-first arrival, then use the show floor to explore products and partnerships connected to what they heard.

Five learning paths with practical value

The 2026 program can be approached through several clear business needs:

  • Strategy and leadership: time management, resilience and preparing for change.
  • Profitability and operations: margin building, performance and smarter systems.
  • Marketing and digital strategy: promotions, algorithms, AI and authentic communication.
  • Branding and merchandising: store identity, live-animal retail and product planning.
  • Grooming: technical skills, animal knowledge, team development and live demonstrations.

Attendees do not need to cover every track. The strongest agenda is the one connected to a real goal for the next quarter.

Combine depth with quick learning

Longer seminars support deep work, while free Show Floor Talks provide concise updates in approximately 15 minutes. A retailer can attend a morning session on profitability, spend the afternoon meeting exhibitors, then add a short trend talk without losing a major buying block.

This mix makes education more usable for visitors with different schedules and responsibilities.

Turn notes into action

  1. Write down one business question before each session.
  2. Capture three ideas, not every slide.
  3. Visit one exhibitor connected to the topic.
  4. Choose one action to test within two weeks of returning home.
  5. Share the lesson with the staff member who can help implement it.

SUPERZOO’s educational value becomes most visible when a session changes what happens after the show: a clearer promotion, a stronger margin, a better team conversation or a more confident service.
