Exhibitor or PR? Submit News

Credential requests, on-site formats, and what organisers get back from working with Showfloor.TV.

Showfloor.TV covers the businesses that exhibit at conventions in and around Los Angeles — the companies who paid for floor space, what they brought, and whether the bet paid off. We write for exhibitors, organisers, buyers and the people who walk the floor.

Where we cover

Southern California, deliberately. Los Angeles, Anaheim, Orange County, Long Beach and Pasadena, with San Diego to follow. We are local-first because that is the floor we can actually walk, and because an organiser gets more from a publication that shows up in person than from one aggregating press releases from another state.

Who reads us

Exhibitors and their marketing teams, event organisers and exhibitor-relations staff, buyers and attendees planning which stands to visit, and the agencies and PR teams working the same floors.

What we publish

  • Show previews — what a floor is like, who exhibits there, and what tends to work.
  • Exhibitor profiles — who a company is, what it makes, and why it is at this show.
  • Post-show reporting — what actually happened on the floor.
  • A convention directory — dates, venues and official links for every show we track.

On-site formats

Three repeatable formats, designed to be shot on a working floor without disrupting a stand:

  • Booth Story — 90 to 120 seconds with one company, one spokesperson, one product.
  • Floor Walk — three to five minutes, presenter-led, covering a section of the hall.
  • Post-Show Recap — around 60 seconds, vertical, cut for social.

Stills and video are shot on a 4K mirrorless body with lavalier audio and portable lighting — a two-person footprint that fits in an aisle. Exhibitors receive their own footage and photographs to reuse on their channels at no charge.

What we ask from organisers

  • Media credentials for one to two people for the run of the show.
  • Access to the official exhibitor list, so we publish confirmed participation rather than guesses.
  • Permission to shoot photo and video on the floor, subject to each exhibitor’s consent.
  • A press-office contact for fact-checking and corrections.
  • Advance notice of press conferences, launches and award announcements.

What organisers get back

After the show we send a complimentary exhibitor coverage report — which companies we covered, links to every piece published, the photography and video produced, available audience figures, where it was distributed, and what we observed on the floor that your exhibitor-relations team can use at renewal.

Exhibitor coverage is complimentary and is never conditional on an exhibitor buying anything from us.

Representative work

Commercial disclosure

Showfloor.TV also produces commercial video and photography for brands. That work is separate from our editorial coverage, is never a condition of being featured, and does not influence what we cover or how we cover it.
