10 KCON LA activations that turned products into play
From a flavor arcade to a hydrogel spa, these booths showed how physical interaction can make brand discovery memorable.
The strongest booths at KCON LA 2026 did not begin with a shelf. They began with an invitation.
Taste this. Choose a side. Make a basket. Spin the wheel. Follow the route. Find your match. Take a photo.
Across the Festival Grounds and Olive Young Festa, brands translated product benefits into physical experiences that were easy to understand and fun to record. These 10 activations stood out in ShowFloor.TV’s field coverage.
1. Bibigo K-Flavor Arcade
Bibigo built one of the largest and most immediately legible destinations on the floor. The K-Flavor Arcade used a blocky green game-world design to introduce four Korean flavor profiles through motion, digital content and food.
Guests could play a motion challenge, encounter Alpha Drive One content and sample mini wontons, spicy kimchi ramen and K-sauces. Bibigo later reported more than 10,000 booth visitors.

2. Delight Project’s K-Snack cart
Delight Project turned Honey Butter Bagel Chips into a street-cart moment. A clear instruction board connected a traditional game with a snack reward, while the cart’s tiger graphics and orange color made the product easy to spot from the aisle.
The concept worked because the game, set and sample all told the same story: K-snacks are playful, portable and worth sharing.

3. Goodal Vita-C Exchange
Goodal’s bright yellow Vita-C Exchange resembled a cheerful service counter. Staff interaction, oversized product imagery and a clear vitamin-C theme made the product family understandable before guests reached the counter.
The booth is a good example of visual hierarchy. The benefit came first, the product came second, and the conversation completed the experience.

4. Colorgram Shine Your Scene
Colorgram divided its booth into matte-on and glow-up worlds. Guests could see the difference between two looks, choose the side that matched their preference and enter a highly photographable pink environment.
By turning finish and texture into a visual decision, Colorgram made a product attribute feel personal.

5. Anua Glow Skin Lab
Anua used a clean, illuminated lab design to frame skincare as an active process of discovery. The booth’s teal palette, large product visuals and Glow Skin Lab identity communicated focus without losing the energy of the surrounding floor.
The steady crowd in front of the booth showed the appeal of combining a clear benefit with a polished environment.

6. BOH Lifting Station
BOH translated a skincare claim into an amusement-style station. A spin wheel and targeting game gave guests visible actions to perform, while the purple design made the booth read instantly from the aisle.
The Lifting Station demonstrates a useful experiential principle. A product benefit does not need to be explained only through technical language. It can inspire the game itself.

7. OSULLOC tea discovery wall
OSULLOC offered a quieter form of interaction. Its Jeju-inspired installation displayed tea products beside botanicals and aroma vessels, encouraging guests to explore flavor and fragrance before choosing a blend.
The booth stood out because it did not imitate the loudest activations around it. Its calm pace and sensory details expressed the brand.

8. b.clinicx basketball challenge
b.clinicx framed body-care products around a basketball game. Mini hoops, a small court graphic and bright purple and yellow branding turned the booth into a quick physical challenge.
The activity created an immediate spectator moment. One guest could play while friends recorded, watched or waited for their turn.

9. I’m Vita and Lacto-Fit K-Health Arcade
I’m Vita and Lacto-Fit used an arcade interface to make wellness products feel approachable. The Level Up language connected daily health routines with familiar game progression.
That framing was especially well suited to KCON. It gave a category that can feel informational a fast, colorful and youth-oriented entry point.

10. Biodance Hydrogel Spa
Biodance created one of the floor’s strongest photo environments. The Hydrogel Spa used reflective pink surfaces, translucent curtains, oversized bubbles and product displays to make a hydrogel mask feel like a destination.
It succeeded as branding and as scenery. Visitors could recognize the product promise, enter the visual world and leave with an image that carried the brand beyond the booth.

The shared lesson
These activations looked different, but they followed a similar sequence. Each had a clear visual hook, a simple action and a product-related reward or takeaway. That structure helped fans understand what to do, gave staff a natural opening for product education and created content guests wanted to capture.
At KCON LA 2026, the best booths did not compete with the fan experience. They became part of it.
